What's the deal with ordering from you?
We use Big Cartel as our shop hub and all payments are securely processed via PayPal. We abide by their rules but if there are any problems contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to help you.
Flippin Yeah Industries does not have access to your banking or credit card details. When making an online purchase, you agree to purchase the product/s at the stated price as well as the added shipping charges as shown on checkout.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (currently at 10%).
Our orders are dispatched from Gympie, Australia. We try our best to post orders within 48 hours of notice, during the working week.
DOMESTIC orders are shipped either via Australia Post or Sendle (whichever is the cheapest for the destination), unless stated otherwise. As a guide, and depending on your location, the order will arrive approximately 3-5 business days from posting.
INTERNATIONAL orders are sent Air Mail via Australia Post, unless stated otherwise. As a guide, and depending on location, the order will arrive approximately 10-14 business days from posting. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and taxes or tariffs in your country.
Refunds on products (not tickets).
Please be careful when you order, especially t-shirts and the relevant sizes. We generally do not offer refunds but are happy to offer an exchange or a credit note.
Can I refund my ticket?
Like most ticketing outlets, there is no obligation to refund monies due to program changes, non-use, cancellation or dissatisfaction.
The Presenter reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, vary any advertised program and vary audience capacity.
Should an event be postponed, tickets will be honoured at the rescheduled event. Should you not be able to attend the rescheduled event please contact us.
Should an event be cancelled the value of the ticket will be refunded at the discretion of the Presenter. All online purchases will be refunded via PayPal to the account which purchased the tickets. In the case of cancellation please retain your ticket or receipt as proof of purchase.
Booking fees may or may not be refunded at the discretion of the Presenter.
